MIXWORK HTST


The continuous pasteurization line for ice cream mix (using hot water boiler) operates through homogenization, pre-cooling, and instant cooling down to 4°C.

The complete thermal cycle (HST) is performed using HTSI technology, with temperature stages of 20–55–75–85–65–35–4°C — representing a high-temperature short-time process with automatic control to ensure precise pasteurization levels are achieved.

By using HTST technology, the system provides up to 28% energy savings, offering high efficiency and optimal performance for industrial ice cream production.
