CONTINUOUS FREEZER


The continuous freezer is designed to produce ice cream at a cooling temperature of –6°C.
Al Shahbaa’s continuous freezer is distinguished by its ability to produce both ice cream and gelato, thanks to precise control of the air incorporation (overrun) ratio, which can range between 20% and 120%.

It is considered one of the main components in ice cream production plants and is manufactured in full compliance with international standards for food processing equipment.
