The line consists of a cutting unit, filling units for various ice cream shapes (rectangular, square, and round), and an extrusion unit.
The machine is fully automated, with all unit movements controlled by a PLC system (Programmable Logic Controller).
The entire structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and compliance with international food industry standards.
